Objections to this Development
We need as many people as possible to get involved and lodge objections to this development, which has many implications for this rural community
Submit an objection to the Further Information submitted by the Developer before May 26th!
Anyone who submitted an objection/observation on this application last December, will have been notified by Cork Co. Council that significant further information has been submitted by the developer. For these individuals, they do not have to pay the prescribed fee of € 20.00 a second time. Your observation should state that you have previously made an observation.
NB: These observations MUST be accompanied by a copy of the acknowledgement of the original observation received from Cork County Council last year.
If this has been lost, you can print a copy of the acknowledgement from the online planning enquiry system on the Cork County Council website. A copy of the acknowledgment can also be obtained by calling to the Cork County Council planning office in County hall.
Alternatively, contact any member of the group, or anyone who has helped you before and they can give you your receipt.
Persons who have not already made an observation/objection, can now do so, and must attach the € 20.00 fee.
The on-line system cannot be guaranteed to accept these observations. We suggest posting.
We will also hand deliver any observations that are given to the group.
If you have made an observation on the original application, you should state that you uphold your original view and that the further information submitted by the developer has not alleviated any of your concerns about this development. No reduction in scale has even been attempted by the applicant.
Anybody who needs assistance with their letter of objection, please contact any member of the committee.
